UX/UI Analyst/Designer
You will report to the UX Lead, and be based at our Perth office in Western Australia. As a UX/UI Analyst/Designer, you will you will be accountable for User Experience design, improving the usability and satisfaction of our products. UX/UI Analyst/Designer is an entry level role suitable for recent graduates.
Here's what we need from you
Tertiary qualification in Design, Digital experience or Interaction design
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, principles, and processes
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and user experience best practices
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD and Figma, including their AI capabilities
Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualise design concepts
Knowledge of usability testing, user research, and accessibility standards
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Here's what you'll do
Apply standard methods to plan and conduct user research initiatives that gather insights into user needs
Use established techniques and tools to develop user stories and elicit user experience requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Design intuitive user interactions and experiences using standard design principles and tools
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that enhance usability and overall user satisfaction
Stay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and tools, proactively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
